US SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING is available on orders over $100 (US only). For orders under $100, a $5 flat-rate shipping fee applies. All domestic orders will ship via USPS with a tracking number and usually takes 3-5 business days to be delivered after shipping. Please be patient, as delivery can sometimes take longer. Upgrading shipping options are available at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders will ship via DHL. A tracking number may NOT be available for some countries. It usually takes 5-10 business days to be delivered. Please be patient it sometimes takes even more. Please contact your local post office if you have any concerns regarding your package location. Custom taxes may apply in certain countries, and customers are responsible for taxes and duties. Upgrading shipping is available at checkout. RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@hooksandluxe.com within 15 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, and the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
